No, you do not have to go with us. A diagnosis is just advice on how to rectify the problem. We’ve found diagnosis allows you to get a second opinion or to have a think before making any final decisions.

Yes, all our engineers will treat your home respect. They will always put on shoe covers before entering your property and protect work surfaces where necessary.

Yes, before carrying out any works we will give you a call and discuss what needs to be done and how much it will be. This is something we do with all our customers so there are no hidden surprises.

You can either pay via cash or card all our engineers have a card reader. You will receive your receipt electronically and either can sent via phone or email.

Yes, you will be notified if your engineer is running late or may need to reschedule. Our work can sometimes be unpredictable and may require us to spend more time, however we will keep you informed every step of the way.
